All medical excuses for physical education must be filed with the medical office.  Excuses of longer than one week must be submitted in writing from a physician AT THE ONSETof the condition necessitating the reason to avoid activity.  In accordance with State regulations, all students are required to attend courses in physical education and modification will be made.  Furthermore, physicians excuses must include dates of limitations so that a meaningful program can be developed.  Medical excuses which read "until further notice" will be followed up for specific information.
