Dear Guggi,

This boy on my bus is so annoying. I try to ignore him, but I can’t. He makes baby sounds and sings funny songs. I always have to move up. I tell him to stop, but he ignores me!

Love, Your Pal

Dear Your Pal,

If he annoys you that much, tell your bus driver or a teacher. If that doesn’t help and he keeps bugging you, you then go to the principal, and tell her your problem.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

I have a problem- everyone calls me “the brain.” They think I’m so smart! What should I do?

From, M.

Dear M.,

Did you tell them how you feel about them calling you smart? If you hate it so much then go to someone and tell them how you feel. Then go to a teacher and tell them.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

Everyday I say maybe I can sit with my friend. Then my other friends ask me and I cannot decide who I should sit with. If I sit with one friend, my other friends would get mad at me. What should I do?

From, Initials 1

Dear Initials 1,

If your friends get mad at you, maybe you can get all of your friends to sit together or you can change each day, one day with one group of friends, and the next day a different group of friends.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

I have this girl in my class, and at gym, she said I had to do everything with her, but I don’t!

From, Your Pal 2

Dear Pal 2,

You are already doing the right thing by not doing everything with her. If you feel like you are hurting her feelings, then tell her you don’t want to do everything with her, but you want to be her friend.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

My brother is so unfair, he’ll watch 2 T.V. shows and only let me watch 1. My parents do not want to get involved. What do I do?

From, Deprived Sister

Dear Deprived Sister,

Maybe you and your brother can talk and make a schedule for the week. Like one day you watch two, the next he watches two. Or you can each watch one show and then watch one you both like.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

My friend gave me something and then she took it from me. She got 4 pieces, and I only got two. And today she gave me a picture and then she took it back.

From, Careful Girl

Dear Careful Girl,

Did you tell her that you don’t like to be given things and then have them taken away? Tell her how you feel about that. Maybe then she will realize that taking things away isn’t that fair.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

My friend and I always get into a fight. How do I stop that from happening?

From, Initials 2

Dear Initials 2,

Tell her you don’t want to fight. If you keep getting into fights after that, than say you’re sorry and that you would rather be friends instead of enemies.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

People are teasing me.

From, Lonely

Dear Lonely,

Ask them to stop teasing you, and tell them that you don’t like it. Try and make friends out of them instead of having them tease you.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

I feel I am being treated unfairly by my friends.

From, No Friends

Dear No Friends,

If you are sure that you aren’t being treated fairly than tell them that you don’t like it. Tell them how you feel about this. Maybe they will then realize that they were treating you unfairly.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

My friends are ignoring me a lot. What do I do?

From, Ignored

Dear Ignored,

Tell them how you feel and if they continue to ignore you, try and find some other friends who don’t ignore you.

From, Guggi

Dear Guggi,

My friends are being really mean to me. They keep yelling at me. What should I do?

From, Bad Friends

Dear Bad Friends,

Tell them how you feel and that you don’t like it. If they continue to act mean try to find some new friends who aren’t mean.

From, Guggi
